This certificate is for movement of seed Intra-County, Inter-County, or Inter-agency (State).

The certificate may be initiated by the applicant/conditioner when logged into the members only section. The certificate must be approved as accurate by the Agricultural Commissioner office of the originating county. An approved certificate will be available in both the county of origin and county of destination in the members only section of the web site.
