Section 16. Seed Transport from Field to an Approved Conditioning Facility

It is the joint responsibility of the applicant and grower to maintain the identity and genetic purity of the crop intended for certification throughout harvest and during delivery to a conditioning facility approved by the CCIA.  Certification of the seed will be canceled or denied if the CCIA determines that the identity or genetic purity has not been maintained throughout the harvest process. Each bin/container of seed harvested shall be properly identified with the certification number.
